In a special collaboration, we created an intensive day fully dedicated to trauma release through diverse movement practices we have been deeply working with over the years.
A day that weaves together the joy and creativity of movement,
with the depth of body-centered therapy.
Trauma is stuck energy in the body.
Movement helps release this energy and bring vitality back to life.
When we approach movement with preparation, intention, and an understanding of working with the mind, body, and emotions —
movement becomes a powerful tool for releasing different layers of trauma from the body, the soul, and consciousness.
This is a practice of rewriting the story—
moving beyond old patterns and stagnation into who we are meant to become.
Through somatic yoga, Movement Flow, nervous system pressure points, contact dance, breathwork, and vocal expression —
we invite you to feel, understand, move, release, and reconnect with the deep, natural power within you.
“The way I move in the studio is the way I move through life.”
Conscious movement builds new bridges —
toward healing, empowerment, and a freer, more vibrant life.
Beyond movement, this day offers a space for deep inner inquiry, emotional integration, and somatic discovery of the body-mind connection.
There is no goal to achieve, no destination to reach —
only a space to listen, move, and meet yourself exactly as you are, in this moment.

What You’ll Experience?
On this deep journey, we will guide you into trauma release through somatic movement, yoga, Movement Flow, breathwork, vocal expression, and Contact movement.
Each practice is designed not only to enrich your movement,
but to release emotional blockages, deepen your connection to yourself,
and build a new, conscious relationship with your body.
We will begin with a gentle listening to the inner rhythm of the body,
inviting the breath and the voice to open, creating a space for authentic and free expression.
Somatic yoga and Movement Flow will lay the foundation for grounding and precision, before we dive into relational movement through Contact work — exploring sensitivity, listening, and connection arising from inner truth.
The day culminates in a movement jam — an open space for integration, creative flow, and embodied connection.
Throughout the journey, you will move between personal exploration, partner work, and group dynamics, opening a deep inquiry into movement, connection, and presence.

Who Is This For?
This intensive is open to anyone drawn to trauma release through movement.
For those who are curious and seeking a deeper connection to movement in their lives.
For anyone looking not just for movement and connection, but for a deeper experience of self-awareness, emotional release, and embodied presence.
No prior experience in dance or yoga is needed — only a willingness to explore.
Some come to reconnect with their bodies, others seek new forms of expression, and some simply wish to experience movement as a path to healing & connection.
Whatever brings you here — you are welcome, just as you are.

exploring breath, refining body awareness, and diving into playful embodiment practices.
Next, we will deepen into nervous system activation techniques and Contact Movement,
exploring dynamics of movement, authentic touch, and connection within relationships.
In the later part of the day, we will share a ceremonial cacao experience,
